Zeneris Pharma is a trusted engineering company having top-notch technological and designing know-how to fabricate high quality liquid nitrogen gas plant in sizes capacities ranging from 10liter/hr to 1000liter/hr. Built with advanced cryogenic air separation technology, the LIN plant can generate nitrogen with purity up to 99.9% , which is best for industrial and medical applications. Fabricating is done with high grade cryogenic materials that meet ASME standards. Our commitment to delivering quality products and the best value for client’s investment in our products is too well-known to reiterate. The materials can withstand high pressures and temperatures and is durable. Our in-house expertise has innovated cryogenic processes that work in all weather condition with low energy consumption and lower operational costs.
Nitrogen is the largest industrially consumed gas and its demand is projected to grow at a CAGR rate of 5.75 per annum over the next five years. Business is buzzing as we see a considerable increase in the demand for LIN plants. Fully automated the plant can be operated by a single operator with minimum manual inputs required here and there. Complete functioning is integrated with PLC technology including purification unit, expander and cold box. Starting up, shutting down and draining will need to be done manually. Manufactured for long haul, it is assured that our products will endure for over 25 years requiring minimum maintenance and low operational costs. We also offer world-class after sales service resolving queries of the customers.
Nitrogen is generated using cryogenic air separation process with liquefaction and separation of atmospheric air. Firstly, atmospheric air is let into the air separation unit where it is filtered and compressed in the air compressor. Subsequently, the air moves into a purification unit where impurities such as carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons and water vapors are removed. After being purified, the air is directed into a series of heat exchangers where it is cooled to extremely low temperature to achieve liquefaction. Afterwards, the air is sent into a high pressure distillation column where it nitrogen is physically separated from oxygen and other gases. Nitrogen is collected and is pushed into a low pressure distillation column where it is distilled for producing nitrogen with industry specified purity.
It is widely used in numerous industries across various sectors requiring onsite production of nitrogen for continuing their operations. Some of the industries are listed below:
