Zeneris liquid oxygen gas plant delivers world-class performance being manufactured and designed with ace cryogenic technology. The process is based on Linde & Claude, which forms the basis of air separation plant manufacturing in all industrial gas plant manufacturing including the multinational gas giants including Air Liquide. The plant is designed and fabricated in capacities ranging from 10m3/hr to 1000m3/hr. It is characterized by our commitment to quality and efficiency and can generate oxygen with purity up to 99.7%, which is adequate for medical and industrial applications. Highly customizable, it can be configured for different requirement of clients operating in different industries different regions. The plant has been fabricated to deliver reliable and efficient performance especially in the working conditions of 3rd world countries.
We are one of the few oxygen plant manufactures that use ASME standard materials in the fabrication. Our entire onsite oxygen production products are built with strict quality control and precision designing to deliver efficient and durable performance. High grade stainless steel and argon welding is used in the fabricating to ensure smooth and trouble-free performance for over two decades needing minimum maintenance involving mostly cleaning filters and changing oil. The company is equipped with one of the largest air separation manufacturing and testing centers in Delhi NCR (India). Fully automated the liquid oxygen gas plant works seamlessly with control of all operations being integrated with PLC technology into a single control room where a single operator can run the plant easily. Working of our products is characterized by low operational and energy costs.
Cryogenic air separation process takes atmospheric air which is compressed in the air compressor. Afterwards, the air is circulated into a cleanup system where impurities like hydrocarbons, carbon dioxide and water vapors are removed. The air so cleaned is now pushed into the heat exchangers where is a cooled to very low temperature resulting in liquefaction. Then, the air is directed into a high pressure distillation column where oxygen is separated from nitrogen and other trace gases with nitrogen forming at the top of the column and oxygen at the bottom. Oxygen is collected and is moved into a low pressure distillation column for distillation to get oxygen purity with required specifications.
It is used in a wide range of industries needing continuous onsite production of oxygen. Some of the industries are written below:
